Customer Service (Remote)

This is a part time, remote position providing customer service support to the guests of our vacation rentals, as well as Airbnb/VRBO listing management and vendor coordination. 

10-25 hours/week
(business hours are Monday - Sunday 8am-9pm)

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Preferable job history in hospitality management/customer service

  • Preferable lives in Lake Tahoe or familiar with the area

  • Proficient in proper spelling and grammar for digital communication with guests, owners and vendors

  • Proficient or capable of picking up new operating systems quickly 

Vacation Rental Auditor

Love driving around beautiful Lake Tahoe and seeing unique homes? Then this is the job for you! We need on-call/part-time auditors to inspect our vacation rentals before/after guest and owner stays. We provide you with a detailed, digital checklist to complete customized to each home. 

Flexible schedule options

$23/hour (April, May, June, September, October, November)

$25/hour (January, February, March, July, August, December)

$0.25/mile reimbursement (within Lake Tahoe)

Must have a phone and a reliable car for all seasonal conditions in Lake Tahoe. 

Must reside in Lake Tahoe or within 1 hour of North Lake Tahoe.  




  • Inspecting short-term rental properties before and/or after guest reservations and owner stays

  • House supply inventory management (which can include shopping trips during audit shift) and stocking supplies in the home

  • Coordination with the customer service team on any home issues, guest updates, etc. 


Experience/Skills Required: 

  • Attention to detail

  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

  • Proficient or capable of picking up operating systems quickly on company tablet

  • Preferred experience with light home maintenance work (ex. changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in front door locks, etc.)

  • Preferred ability for light housekeeping touch-ups and snow removal (if the need arises)

  • Ability to confirm functionality of home systems (Thermostats, TVs, WiFi, Appliances, etc.)

  • Good driving record
