WHY OUR HOME IS SO SPECIAL TO US:
Being from the Bay Area, we've been visiting Lake Tahoe with family and friends for over 20 years. We always loved renting homes, and making them our own while we visited. It's how we fell in love with the area! Recently we bought a home in Kings beach, and are looking forward to sharing it with others. We're sure you'll fall in love with the area like we did!

Area & Amenities
Neighborhood
Kings Beach is a special place in Lake Tahoe. It has a charming small town feel, where you can walk to the lake, enjoy an ice cream, and play mini-golf in the summer. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding at Northstar or Diamond Peak, is less than 10 miles away.
Nature lovers will adore the easy access to scenic hiking trails just steps from the front door. Discover the beauty of nearby streams or hike up to the stateline viewing area for breathtaking mountain views. With the lake, dining, and local attractions so close, your Kings Beach retreat is the ideal balance of excitement and tranquility.
There is wildlife in the area, including bears. Please read all provided information on how to be Bear Aware. Even with regular pest control service, there is a chance of seeing/hearing small animals/insects (including but not limited to ants, mice, and bats).
