Area & Amenities
Neighborhood
We are located in Tahoe City, a convenient and desirable area of Lake Tahoe. It is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and other fun activities, but quiet enough for a serene and peaceful time in the mountains. There are tons of great restaurants, shopping options, grocery stores, and more. Palisades and Alpine Meadows are not far if you are looking for world-class skiing.
Lake Forest Beach is located at the south end of Bristlecone Street and offers shaded picnicking and barbecuing with a lovely view of the lake, right next to the Public Beach. The home is close to a bike/walking path that will take you to downtown Tahoe City, Fanny Bridge, along the Truckee River and much more.
Getting around is easy. We recommend you have a car when staying at our home. In the winter, we also recommend that you are prepared for all weather possibilities. This includes chains.
The TART bus stop is across the street from the entrance to the complex.
