Whether you work with a property manager already, or you would like us to check in on your home from time to time, we can coordinate all of that for you.
Pre & Post stay checks
We check the home before and after each reservation to make sure the home is guest-ready, but also to make sure the guest was respectful of the home and that there are no damages post-stay.
We use detailed calendars to make sure our cleaners never miss a cleaning, and that they understand what needs to be done during each clean.
If we do find something that needs fixing or to be replaced, we will recommend the repair and vendor, and assist with getting it taken care of.*
