Pre & Post stay Follow ups
We coordinate pre and post-stay checks with our contracted cleaning companies to make sure the home is guest-ready, but also to make sure the guest was respectful of the home and that there are no damages post-stay.
We use detailed calendars to make sure our cleaners never miss a cleaning, and that they understand what needs to be done during each clean.
If we do get notified of something that needs fixing or to be replaced, we will recommend the repair and vendor, to assist with getting it taken care of.*
